Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data Lake Elsinore Residents Directory receives, why it may be used, and the choices available to you. The reference to public rolls and directory collections in Lake Elsinore, Riverside County, California requires no account, and this site does not store a resident record about you.

Information You Enter

A name, phone number, or address entered in a search form is sent to the third-party provider that returns the results; this site's own servers do not retain a copy of the query. If you contact us, we see the message you choose to send and use it to answer you.

Information Collected Automatically

Our host keeps routine server logs such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps. We review those details in aggregate to maintain the service and learn which pages are useful. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics and, where applicable, advertising measurement.

How the Data Is Used

The purposes are operating the pages, fixing faults, measuring traffic, and improving the reference. We do not sell visitor lists or create profiles of individual users.

Links Beyond This Site

Links may lead to Lake Elsinore City Clerk and Laserfiche WebLink records, the Riverside County Assessor-County Clerk-Recorder, Riverside Superior Court, California services, library and archive collections, or third-party search tools. The destination's privacy policy controls what you submit there, especially in sponsored results supplied by another company.

Who May Receive Data

Hosting and support providers may process server logs for us. Analytics or advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. Disclosure occurs when valid legal process requires it, and not for other reasons.

How Data Is Protected

The connection is encrypted, and logs are retained only for as long as the purposes above require. Because the site has no accounts, it holds no password or user profile of yours to expose.

People Under 18

The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you think a minor sent us information, contact us and we will delete what we find.

Your California Privacy Choices

California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California Civil Code §§ 1798.100-1798.199.100, including rights to know, delete, correct, limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information, and opt out of sale or sharing by covered businesses. To the extent a request concerns data we keep, use the Contact page; we can search the contact mailbox and applicable server logs and remove what we find.

California's Delete Request and Opt-out Platform (DROP), at privacy.ca.gov/drop, opened to consumers on January 1, 2026. Registered brokers begin processing DROP requests on August 1, 2026 and at least every 45 days after that. DROP addresses commercial data brokers, not official-record custodians.

Official government records remain under the control of their custodians. The California Public Records Act (CPRA), Government Code §§ 7920.000 et seq., ordinarily calls for an agency determination within 10 days, with a possible 14-day extension for unusual circumstances; inspection is ordinarily free, while copies may carry direct duplication charges. The CPRA does not require an agency to create a new record or list. A City Hall record, Riverside County Assessor-County Clerk-Recorder record, or Riverside Superior Court record must be corrected or challenged with that custodian, and a CCPA or DROP deletion does not erase a deed, court record, or other official record that government must retain. See the California public-records explanation.

California's Safe at Home program gives qualifying survivors and certain reproductive-health workers or patients a substitute mailing address. Do not infer that a protected resident is absent from Lake Elsinore because a public address is missing.
